3. Evaluating Format

All prospective students need to be able to access your course or programme information. Some prospective students may be disabled by the lack of alternatives to printed course information or by inaccessible web sites.

Which of the following statements would you say are true of your current course/programme information provision?

A variety of formats is available without delay. We can provide various formats, but only with some delay. We are not able to provide all formats that might be requested, even given time. Only one format is available.
